These are centrepieces to fit big diameter prop holders for motors with 8mm and 10mm shafts. They match the prop holders for 8mm and 10mm shaft motors listed on this site under “Folding Propeller Hardware” (click here) in Products. These prop holders have a 12mm OD, so these centrepieces have a 12mm hole to fit.
They still take blades with an 8mm shank or hub.
